Pilates

I am still trying to lose the next ten but its very hard...I do look slimmer but the scales didnt budge....muscles...maybe?!
My newfound exercise is pilates...it really squeezes those lower abdomen muscles and its so painful over there after the exercise...hence I know it works :)
I'm alos on the biggest loser dvd's they are great...you should try them and keep on going no matter what...its all in the brain :)
